I just done this.

Hrrm, I really need to do a Palmdoc version of this, or better an eReader version so it supports internal hyperlinks and whatnot. But I promised to do a Palm version of Openguides (openguides.org) sites first.

pNotice my leet haxX0r skillz as I cunningly leave out part of the URL to get around your filtering :-)
