Cheeses of the week

1. Butlers Blacksticks Blue, courtesy of the Pennine Wine & Cheese Company, Hebden Bridge. Superb on steaks.
2. Hartington Dovedale, courtesy of that well-known victualler Mr J Sainsbury. Very good in roast beef sandwiches.
3. Womerton, which I haven't had for about seven years, but which has left an abiding memory. Just have to go back to Shropshire...
