PDF dynamic maps

This one's from the same database as the Flash-based ones. A PHP script gets the line and point data, clips it to the relevant size, and writes it as a PDF using the truly horrible PDFlib library. (PDF API2 is much nicer, free, and designed for a better language.)

The very poor data quality of the placename labels is a limitation of the source material and will be greatly improved when I get round to OCRing 145 pages of gazetteer.

Anyway, here's the PDF.
