Writing
I've worked as a writer and editor for over 20 years, principally in the travel/tourism area. I'm best known for writing about inland waterways, and am increasingly also writing about cycling.
I'm editor-at-large of Waterways World, the UK's best selling and longest established waterways magazine.
Previously I've edited Waterscape.com for British Waterways, and Heritage and Realm magazines. I've also freelanced and worked full-time for numerous other travel and technology magazines.
I can also supply maps and photographs to accompany articles, with several cover photos to my name.
