Dumb PR bunnies

who couldn't be bothered to check the relevance of their release before spraymailing it to all and sundry.

Well, blimey.

Amazing how one rant can spiral and end up into a full-on blog flamewar. I think, given the airtime the original list managed to garner on PR blogs and - so I'm told - in some of these lovely spraymailing agencies, it has probably succeeded enough in publicising the issue. Plus there's the issue that updating it was clearly going to take up way too much time, at least until I could find a way of automagically redirecting crap releases straight onto this page.

So it's been retired, for now. Thank you to the lovely bunnies whose sterling work provided such attractive cannon fodder.

(Incidentally, for the particularly hard-of-thinking, I should point out that the nice people at Getting Ink had nothing to do with the list, they just blogged about it rather entertainingly.)
